Principle of operation of spraying The fan wheel generates a high velocity air flow; it builds up pressure at the outlet of the fan; most of the air flow is blown into the spray tube; some air flow passes through the outlet, through the tank opening into the inlet tube, which creates a certain pressure in the tank, and under the effect of the pressure the liquid is delivered to the nozzle through the liquid tube metering device. The liquid is transformed into small and uniform droplets by the strong air flow and flows to distant places. The principle of operation of the powder spraying The fan wheel rotates as the motor runs; the air flow passes through the outlet at the top of the fan, through the opening of the chemical tank, into the nozzle, arriving at the outlet of the spraying. The dust in the tank automatically drops down and is blown into the spray nozzle through the outlet. It turns into a mist due to the strong air flow through the spray nozzle.
